I shape and produce theater that brings together new work, reimagined classics, and audience-centered experiences — grounded in institutional leadership and contemporary American storytelling.

As Artistic Producer and Casting Director at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, I help support a 13-production season, oversee casting for approximately 175 roles annually, and produce work across all three of the theater’s spaces.

My work sits at the intersection of artistic vision and institutional execution. It leans toward immediacy and shared experience, but always within a larger institutional context where programming, audience, and sustainability are in dialogue.
