Assembled and trained a group of resident assistants to serve as the Theatre of the Oppressed acting troupe.
Explored different forms of oppression and microaggression experienced by college-aged students at Ohio University.
Developed three scenes of oppression that would be used for training 300+ resident assistants.
Facilitated breakout groups that furthered the conversation on oppression.
